Removing accounts not used for 365 days and < 100 posts?

Hi,

Does anyone know how/have a script, that will removed accounts that are 365+ days old, and with 100 or less posts? We get a LOT of crappy "alais" accounts setup on our site; and I can only imagine how much of a slow down its causing :/
