member photos with ratings

Hey,
I want to allow members to have their own photo gallery and allow other members and guests to rate their photos.

I have looked at vbadvanced gallery and it does do this, but it does a lot more that I don't need.
I just want a simple way for members to have their own photos in one place and allow others to rate their pics

Anyone?
