Tracking moderation

Hi everyone,

I would like to be able to track which Moderator moderated each post inside admincp, so that if there is ever an issue with moderation of a particular post, we can find out who let the post through. The Moderation Log is not sufficient in it's current form.

I have been told this would require a "hack" - something which is far beyond my capabilities - I would be extremely grateful for any help!
