Probably 60% - My forums don't get much activity so I only really remember the names of the ones that are mainly busy

100% I keep offline records of nearly everything. I have a total list of forum names, catagorys, and discriptions. Copys of all my hacks with the edited files. Even a mailing list that I update once a week so that I can reach my members were my site to go down...agian. I lost my entire site 3 months ago do to a server problem. I had the mailing list then, but not the hacks or other things I keep now.

I'd probably remember 60% of them, my other admins would remember more, however i make database back ups every 3/4 days, so if anything bad happens, my forum won't be set too far back

I have to go in and delete my backups about twice a week to make room for more, it's a pain.

I manually download all back-ups via phpMyAdmin, sure it means you gotta do it manually, but the effort pays off if anything bad ever does happen.

Got 5 gigs of space on my hosting account, so No deleting of backups here, But I also have it dropped directly to my computer, all done automatically(https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=78486). So i don't worry about it much anymore.

I've got about 35gb of spare space on the server, but I rarely backup my site - I doubt I'd miss it if it crashed or died or got hacked, since theres about 1 post per week
