Problem with Shout box and 3.0.6 version

Did the upgrade and everything with the new upgrade went fine, only problem is that the shout box is no showing up. It's there but you can't see any posts in it. It just has a white screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks..

I have the same problem, despite reinstalling it. I can see posts in mine, but I have the white screen of death too, when clicking on something that calls to shoutbox.php

I don't know the hack, but if it installed templates in the master style they are gone after upgrading vBulletin.

I reinstalled the templates, all are still there. Seems to be some other issue, which I can't figure out.

I usually run the install with override checked and then update the templates option for after vbulletin upgrades to fix that.

There is no problem, the shoutbox works for us on 3.0.6.

rechecked the file edits, and, somehow, it works. Must have been an errant comma or bracket, as usual.. Thanks for the help!

I'm running 3.0.7, the shoutbox has been working fine since it was installed in January, now there's a BIG problem:

It randomly erases all shouts and shout history, and at times is completely unaccessible (the white box mentioned by others). Any idea what's going on? I am going to reinstall it now, but i'm not sure it isn't something that won't just happen again, anyway.
