Default "You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support..."
I am receiving this message above the forum. I have 3 of my e-mail addresses entered in the customer area and I have changed the e-mail address I use here to one that is listed there, but I am still getting that message. It says "owner's e-mail" and shows an address I haven't used in over 2 years.

Shouldn't the e-mail I use here just need to match one in one of the 3 e-mail address lines over on vBulletin.com? I'm confused.

umm.. nevermind. As soon as I posted this, it went away. VERY strange.

It takes an hour of so for the info to update.

Having the same issue.. I tried all 3 addresses.. none work

Please do an edit of your mail address here at vbulletin.org and follow the procedure once more.

Give it 1 hour and then please check if you are still showing as unlicensed.

Hi, tried all the above last night and still showing up as unlicensed - I wouldn't mind but I own three licences LOL....


...any possibility you could have a look for me

If you can not get your account updated contact offical support over at vBulletin.com and they will get it working for you

vbulletin.com have just let me know that there is a problem in the validation system and that it is being fixed...



so I guess I will just have to wait a bit longer...hohum...
