Hi all,
Ive searched but cant find an answer to this annoying problem. I am the administrator and owner of my board, but cannot send private messages. I get the " you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:" message. for teh life of me, i cannot find what settings need changong. Can anyone help please. Thx in advance |

Hi, thx for replying..
it was in fact set to 0 I changed it, but when i click on "Update", i receive a message say here seems to have been a slight problem with the database. In my CP, there are still entries for a shout box which no longer exosts, after running an uninstall option within it, the cp settings still remain.. :ermm: |

The cp settings are probably in an edited php-file, undo the changes, or upload a clean copy.
I can't help you if you can't update your Usergroups |

Problem sorted, I created a cistom usergroup, added my admins there, and everything is working fine...
