One of the biggest problems with a new VB board, is starting out!

It's very hard to get new members (especially when they see no-one or very little members online)

I would like to see a hack, that shows fake users online, and it changes at different times!

So, sometimes Tina, Tana and Joe are online, and other times Jerry, Frank and Bill are online!

Something like this, could really help new or slow starting boards, encourage members to join!

It would really help give new boards the appearance of being somewhat busy!

Thats a nice idea but can also be detrimental if they dont post, its interesting posts that get people to post and an awareness of your boards presense.

I quite like the idea behind it though, like I used to use eggdrop bots on IRC and pretend they were really users and make them speak.

Well that is what I was thinking as well, but I figured I could post once and awhile for each of the extra members I added! (but that maybe more then I could handle)

Is there a hack that is similar that I could add?
