Assign Moderators to be able to edit a Style

Within my forum (its a car one) - i am starting to get various car clubs on board, who each have their own category. Although they can at preset request some design modifications, and I make a style for them and make the changes, it would be great if you could assign people to be able to edit styles.

Then each group can have their own category and edit the look how they wish without keep needing to mail me every time their logo changes
