vbadvanced links might be good. I looked at it but I'm using photopost reviews at http://www.pspfreaks.com/reviews It isn't perfect but it is good. You can upload as many as three photos and create your own categories and custom fields, moderate submissions and stuff.

An addition I'd like to see there would be some capability to comment on reviews and rate them (the reviews themselves)

Whatever you do: steer clear of Censura by Incursio. It was zend optimized to protect the code and it is a big, bulky nightmare with some good features but a miserable interface.
