Does anyone know if there's a way that a party can receive an email/receipt whenever someone uses the ushop features?

What I am mainly looking for is that whenever someone tries using THIEF against another member, then the victim would receive an email stating something along the line of:

Usersoandso sucessfully stole xx point from you!

or

Usersoandso attemped to steal xx point from you using THIEF and failed! His reputation has been tarnished!

Does something like this exist, or is it possible??

PM sending is already implemented in the upcoming 1.0.0 release.
