I would like to have my database automatically backed up at certain time intervals... Can anyone please tell me how to do this using cron???

go to Admincp>vbulletinOptions>Date-Time>and there is a "?" There. Click it, it will teach you

I just learned my lesson ... I had lost half my database and my host luckily had a back up but it was 2 days old.... The problem was in that 2 days I pretty much redid my site....... From now on my database will be backed up every 4 hours.... Thanks again!! Rich |
