Found this in the templates for the hack. Template "rpg_clan_incmems" for what I see is used to increase members and refers to a clanupgrade.php. This is an old template or is it being used somewhere?

mmmm that must be a template bug. I actually don't think that template is used at all, why it is there is equally a mystery to me.
But there's code in the clancp to increase your max member count when your clan has got enough points, so this is not to worry about
