What's New Emailer

OK, perhaps a simplified version of enabling limited Yahoogroups type functionality.

How about a hack that compiles a list of new messages in the past 24 hours and then sends an email notification to subscribers? User could then link to the board to view the actual messages. Might look like

Ideally, users should have ability to opt in or out of receiveing daily notification.
