Is there a program to create skin. If so please help me :banana:

There are several applications.

You'll need something for coding.. I prefer a text editor.

And you'll need something to create images like Photoshop.

There is no WYSIWYG skin application.

There's not an application that'll do this for you, assuming you want it to do the whole shebang

their use to be a program for vb2 to code skins but i found it alot harder then working threw the cp which i perfer the most.

I'm pretty sure there wasn't. There was a plugin for photoshop which generated button sets in different colors but that was it.

What i usually do is code the style first, adjust my color scheme, then start adding images i made to see how it looks.

ok guys thanks,making IPB skin is better to use, but VBulletin is a little hard
