I know this is an old thread -- but I have questions that might best be answered here. I have read all posts in this thread first to make sure I don't ask something already answered.
I want a front end for my site MoparStyle and have spent the last four hours snooping around the Internet reading what I can. I am a novice who is trying to learn as he goes. I've implemented many (maybe 10) of the hacks found here -- and so far so good. I don't have a problem with a donation for the right product because my time is money. My questions are: 1. How easy is VbPortal to install? 2. Is is like Vbulletin with customizing with styles and templates? 3. Will it work with vBulletin Version 2.2.1? I haven't upgraded because I'm afraid something might blow up with the hacks I have in there. 4. Where can I find installation instructions so I can read them over before deciding if I want to take the leap? Please help. BK |

Instead of paying for a weak hack, wait and pay for VB's new CMS which is coming out soon. I'm sure it will integrate perfectly with the board.

just a thought but sometimes when people ask a question they dont want to download somethng else and remake their entire site however including the global.php file from VB will integrate it fully
