Now I know that it may not be meant to upload a 300 meg file, but I waswondering if it is possible (and if a script can be provided - that canbe modified to my likings to incorporate member system etc) to upload300 meg files via php (ftp? function) to a directory on the server.

I am looking for a script based (possibly FTP) which will allow me to upload the file to a specific folder set by me. I will see what I can whip together - I remember I tried this a couple of times.

it's more complicated then that
you need to change your PHP configuration. Yourupload_max_filesizeandpost_max_size would have to be changed to 300M oraboveifyour'eplanning on using a form to upload the file if you're planning on opening the file in PHP, your memory_limit will also have to be above 300M there's a bug in VB, if I try and edit this post and put spacesbetweenand & post and your'e & planning, it won't take effect |
