Simple Instant Ban

Should be a simple hack, it would consist of small 5 x 5 sized (maybe larger) gifs or icons that would go under every persons username in the postbit template, each one would have a different action, one would be IP Ban, Username Ban, Rate Limit and maybe others

We use the same thing - but have a larger list of options

We had one where hitting hte button would even delete them from the db and do a prune of all thier posts. Was great for the real trouble makers way back when.
