banned or Ignored From Each thread

Is there hack that we can ignore user from a thread some time there is a post for war or somethign and user come fighting togather . or any other reson .. i dont need to banned them from the whole forums or just ignore them from one forums

i just need to banned them or ignore them from each thread.. can we do this ?

I would like to see something like this too, where you could basically make a particular thread invisible to all but the OP.
