this is so needed, i hate it when i go to the admincp and see someone has been banned for 3 days, and i have no idea why, grrr

so a place in the temp ban area so u can enter in a reason why u r temp banning them, would be such a great addition

also if possible, a banned history, like so u can see who has been banned at one time or another, so u know just how many times one person has done enough bad things to get themselves banned
