Extremely quick and helpful support; better than Vbulletin even. You can get custom plans and what not. I have experienced downtime with them once for about a day in 6 mnoths. My friend who is/was (Complicated to explain) has experienced 2 down times in one year plus some months. Fairly cheap and real fast.
