Thats exactly why I chose to use ImpEx to do the move. I wanted to strip away all the mods and just get the threads, posts, and users over. I have installed new mods on the fresh board, which all seem to be working fine.

Since it is a fresh install, I don't think I'm missing a template. I saw in another post about ending up on a blank page, it was suggested that perhaps there was "white space" outside of the php tags. Is this also a possible reason here?
