If the hacks you are using modify PHP-Files of vBulletin: Yes, you must re-apply the modifications.
If you are using addons that just use vBulletin as backend they will in most cases continue to work. But this is not that hard with a good file compare/merge utility like Beyond Compare (my favourite). |
