Record Users Win/Loss Record +Point System

I run a hiphop site and we have battles.

One member VS another, other members vote and a winner is declared. As it is now, a MOD will have to keep a thread to keep track of a members wins and losses.

If someone could make a hack so that MODs can simply click something similar to how reputation works on a post and award points that get added into a users total similar to reputation.

So if one user won a battle, you could add points to his account. The user that lost would lose points.

I think this would be a highly sought after hack by a lot of sites similar to mine.
