On a more serious note, I do find it quite arrogant at times how people underestimate the amount of work that goes into making a design and then implementing it. If you don't know a skill and trade, you cannot estimate the amount of work that goes into it. I quoted a guy for the equivalent of 10 hours work last week, only to get a rude response back how I was ripping him off and he wanted to pay only $50. That's the equivalent of $5/hour or in the UK £2.59. I've been told that in the US wages are lower as you have an ecomony which charges less for things. But in the UK the minimum wage is around £4.85 for over 18s. Do the math and you can see how it's a kick in the face to the industry when people try to exploit you like this.
