If they use a pirate version they draw attention to themselves - While a large act of terrorism will, yes, draw attention, up until they commit the act, they want to remain as inconspicuous as possible, to avoid possible attempts to foil their plans - Therefore it is not unlikely that they purchased vBulletin...

Aside from this - Why should Jelsoft refund anything or donate anything to the family? Should Microsoft give something to the family for allowing the terrorists to use a Microsoft Operating System? Should Dell or Packard Bell or whoever made their machine components give something to the family for allowing the terrorists to operate their computers?

You know what *I* am offended by? People that thinks that just because their country got slapped with a fraction of what goes on in other countries every single f**king day, this somehow means they are entitled to mass amounts of sympathy and to be treated with special care. When the age comes where the US have hundreds of suicide bombers killing everyone inside a mall every now and then, or you get a president that tortures and kills everyone who doesn't vote for him, THEN I will shut my trap and THEN I will feel sorry for you.

Kinda like saying, "Don't take this the wrong way, but...."

Nobody is asking for sympathy - our response speaks for itself. I was referring to respect, something those people have earned by how they lived and died. You certianly won't hear me cracking jokes about suicide bombers that makes jokes towards the victims of their terrorist acts.

Boo freakin hoo. Why dont those people then stand up and stop the people that do it? The palestinians revered a terrorist who stole all their money and gave it that fat cow in france. The iraqis never once stood en masse to saddam and the afghanis did the same to the taliban.

If this is the best that you have to offer of a 'good' understanding of the real world then you need to travel more often, I have and can tell you some tough truths. I am sorry but if you let the iraqi government build a AAA site on your roof, then your house gets bombed into rubble because it shot at an american jet then tough luck. If you allow your city (fallujah) to be run by terrorists then have everything you own blown into rubble for it, tough luck.

Those 3,000 people in the WTC didnt do a damn thing wrong to anyone except go to work. Those kids in the observatory didnt do anything to anyone. Children on busses blown up by twisted suicide bombers in Israel didnt do anything wrong.

If you dont have the balls as a society to stand up and fight for whats right then just deal with the suffering you get. You let it happen, it doesnt just happen to you.
