HOW DO CREATE PHRASES? need help ASAP!

ok i'm stuck on a hack and i need to know how to create a phrase?

its just a quick simple question i need help on so if your reading please help me :speechless:

ACP > Languages & Phrases > Phrase Manager > "Add New Phrase" button

Ok here is what i need to add

NOW CREATE THE FOLLOWING PHRASES:

last_online_at_x / Last online at {1}

and theres more etc*

so whats the Varname - and whats the text?

ok now i'm working on a arcade and whats the dif from the root folder and root directory?

The entire arcade folder to your forum's root directory
The files in the admincp folder to your forum's admincp folder
arcade.php and installer.php to your forum's root folder _____________________

A directory and a folder are the same thing

ahh when i try to run the installer i get this
