I've heard various good things about them and am planning on switching to them once my current hosting contract ends...

i've heard good things. i use surfspeedy.com and they've been great as well.... after they moved me to another server, that is. great rates also. and live chat support.

We just signed up with asmallorange.com. So far, I am really impressed with their customer service. They use CPanel and because our old host also used CPanel, they moved all our stuff for us. When I have had questions, they have responded quickly and even have a message board for support.

Our last two ISPs gave us the boot because we were using too much CPU time (our vBulletin installation is pretty standard). Knowing that asmallorange.com runs a lot of boards which have more active members than we do gives me a lot of comfort that we won't have to move again.

BTW, one of the ISPs who suspended our account was hostrocket.com. We had just renewed for a second year when they made this decision. You would think if we were a problem, it would have been a problem before they accepted our money. They did give a refund, it was only a partial refund (not even pro-rated).

do you mind me asking which package you signed up for ?? Just wondering ? whats the load speed like ?
