is there a way to limit what usergroup can create folders? i thought vb had this already.. maybe not?

that means any group can create 1000 folders if they wanted? :ermm:

anyone know of a way to create default folders that can't be edited/deleted? im working on a hack but i cant release it until i figure out a way to create a third undeleteable folder.
