i can tell you how to make it..( i didnt made tut for mine)

to user table
add

userteamid
teamadmin
slots

add new table call it userteam
in add
userteamid
teamname
teamposts
whateveryouwant

the idea is that you can add to any memeber to team by set userteamid to anymember on your board

it's currently 49 lines long as i have actually started coding it, so we'll see how long it takes and how it turns out as i'm also in the middle of coding another hack.
