On 4, I put that code in and changed the hexcode I wanted, but it didn't change. It did change the text color within those types of borders though. Any other ideas or as a last resort do you know how to remove them completely?

On 5, I'm not looking for the width of where the actual thread text goes, I'm looking for where the subject of the thread goes. I want to increase the length of the subject field so that is is the same length as the message box. Do you know where I would change the subject line field?
