I said we could get it done for UNDER $300. I use a freelancer bidding site. I get coders to bid on projects I need done for my site. The best quality for the cheapest cost always gets my business.

I also always have a completed project w/i a matter of a few business days. While I'm not suggesting that you cannot do the job, I'm merely stating that those I have dealt with in the past professionally, are quite professional, give me top quality stuff, and do so in an affordable and timely manner. They also have a lot to lose if they can't deliver, because it's a very large and popular freelancer site...they lose reputation there, which costs them work. They get ratings (sort of like ebay) based on their performance.
