I would like a script that shows the latest threads on a non-vb page, but also shows an X amount of characters from the actual post, like a news section. then says Click Here to Read More.
Something like that would be very useful for VB3 |

Take a look at vBAdvanced. It already does that for a that for (a) specific News-Forum(s), could easily be modified to cover the whole board.

Well you can just take the code you need from vBAdvanced and put it into your "non-vB" page?
