Finishing a few modifications

I have a few modifications in incomplete status, mostly because I'm lacking the time to finish them.
The first is a vb2.x.x port of allowing new members to create a welcome thread when they register.
Already done is the installer for the db changes, the instructions for the template changes and some of the code modifications for the register.php file,(still needs the thread creation part added in a few different places for the various different registration options, (no email required, require email, and moderating new members, and the main db isertion for the info submitted from the registration page.) The admincp side is also done.


Other new options have been started (sort of, but arent needed for the main part of the mod to work and I need to find a few missing files), comparing ip addresses of the new person registering to see if it matches any other current member looking for dupe accounts and notify the admin if it matches while changing the color of the username in the newly created thread to some different color of the admins choosing. Also, a templete mod welcoming the new member on the forum home, only visible to that new member for the first day.

I stated I'd release this, but now it wont be till next year when life slows down some, unless someone wants to help.
