Most likely the author decided to not distribute it any more.

Since he developed and freely gave the script away, this is his choice.

does anyone have a copy of it so i can attempt to install it?
i have about every hack posted on this board working accept the avatar wich i lack

Why bother? 2.0 will be out by the time you find it, and this feature is built-in.
