Subscription Free t-shirt options

Hi

When you go to purchase vbulletin you are presented with options before checkout, Can any one tell my how I can add options to the standard subscriptions, say for example, we give away a t-shirt with subscription and I need to ask for size how can I add this to the form so that it gets posted with all the other data. I know this is not standard in vbulletin does any one fancy modding this for us.
