moderator column for sub forums only

Well, basically the title say it all. My forums are located here:

http://www.tekken.net/forums/

I don't want the moderator column to show up in any area except where a forum has sub forums, like here:

http://www.tekken.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=3

Anyone know a quick fix? Thanks!
