They're both for 2.2.x

The one I posted looks like it has more options to me, and a place for the banner owner to view his stats.

Am I missing something? Which one do you thinks better? To be able to allow the banner owner to view stats, and for me to set up. The one you posted I noticed had a system that counted down the hits you got and you would only give them a certain amount(that looked like a good option)....
