It would be great if you released it here. The current bug trackers have some limitations that, it seems, your application will overcome.

We often release updated files in order to fix a bug that was reported. It would be great if we could just attach them to the bug report, otherwise we need to first upload the file to a specific location, and then link to it in the bug report.
Not to make things complicated (although I usually do ), a user's security level should be considered when downloading the attachments. Only users that are in a certain group should be allowed to download attachments.
To date we've been using a separate forum to post bugs, and we make a new thread for each bug. The title of which is usually something like:
[v1.0.0] Image manipulation feature fails on GD version "1.6.2 or higher"
We can then just use the file attachment properties of vB. We'd much rather use an actual bug tracker, but the file attachment requirement is something we can't do without.
Attachments and Multiple Projects are slated for the Pro version which will not be available here.
