Does anyone know how to get the newest member in the header template?

and it has to show up on all the pages... since its in the header.

EDIT: and nothing like... $phrase_welcome_new_member_x

i need it to work for $newusername

Im sure you could just edit phpinclude_start or something, i just dont know how

Add...

to the header template whereever you want it to be located.
