Hi All, we are looking for some kind of system that will allow us the following, because all mods and admins on my site work for NTL we know that users can PM their NTL account details and only NTL employees will see them, but there are more users from our call centre now using the forums and asking users to PM their account detail over and they will check things out for them, that's all well and good but these users could be anybody and if we have not vetted them then they could be outsiders getting NTL users accounts, so what we need is the following: -

A ticket system that users can PM their NTL account details to so only users who we have vetted can pick the tickets up and act on them, also some kind of application form for our call centres to fill in asking to be part of the ticket system, they will have to provide their real username on a few other details on to us that are unique to them, maybe their staff number

If there is already these types of hack out there, or somebody know of a better way of doing it could you let me know, if this has to be a charged hack them please PM me your quotes

You could use the Bug Tracking hack, but configure it to be a NTL ticket system hack

Or you could use a PHP Package for ticket systems such as : phpSupportTicket or osTicket

Thanks but it is not what I'm after, does anybody know of a hack that can do the above or can someone make one for me
