you can not delete comments as of yet but journals and journal entries can be deleted only by administrators as of now

the journals are not based on userids or usernames but finding ones journal id is easy and not necessary thanks to the gotomyjournal function which will automatically redirect the user to his/her journal if one exists and if not it will redirect them to the journal start page
