Well first of all let me congratulate you of being one of the few users I've seen here to actually change their vB portal systems. You've added a few blocks and instantly that makes me think you've actually put some effort into thinking your site through. If you want to take that one step further I'd try re-arranging the content blocks a litle more and perhaps straying from the 3-column layout as you have an almighty lot of vertial-scroll as it is. I'd also move the login-box below the navigation box as it took me a few seconds to find the link to the boards, and that's only because I know these portals well
Your forums are pretty active, I can't really pinpoint any design flaws other than the on/off icons don't stand out from the dark grey background that they are on. And I have to say I hate those posticons such as http://www.enworld.org/forums/images...neral/help.gif .
Other than that good job and best of luck with the expansion of your site !
