hide $activeusers from all but admins?

I have 2 boxes displayed
1 is the standard currently active users, and the other is who was online today
I am trying to hide the currently active users and only display the who was online today part. It's to much to show both systems to all members.

When I applied this code, it effected both systems.
Is it possible to only hide the currently active users and still display who was online today?
