members must reach certain # of posts on non-vb page to view
maybe this is alreadly possible (any help would be greatful)
the ability to block access to a Non-VB page unless a certain number of posts have been reached... |

Ummm this is just a guess but i think he wanted to be told how aswell, rather than the obvious "yes" kinda answer.
Anyway i cant remember the things name, but i think it was in the portal software, where you can make otherwebpages that use all the variables from vBulletin. So if you made the webpage from this hack, then it should be possible to do what you asked for. |

It all depends, if it is a static html page there might need to be some changes made if its already using vBulletin Templates to generate the page then its a simple matter of adding a new line or two.
