AUTO Delete Members who registered but not activated (within date range)

Hello, I'd like to know how to go abouts setting up an AutoDelete users function using Cron Jobs.. I'd like it to do the following..

This should get around the Deleting members in a certain usergroup who 'changed their email address' I would think..

if user has registered between -7 days ago and today, and is still in the users awaiting email confirmation group, delete the user. Otherwise, if the user is registered but has changed their E-mail address, they would not fall in the -7 days to now range, therefore, would not be deleted.

Hope this makes sense, any help would be greatly appreciated!

ttt - anyone think this would be a good idea? I found one that Amy had made a few years ago, but it doesn't do a check against making sure that the member has been active longer than X Days. If something else is around that is like this, Please point me in the right direction, as i've not been able to find it.
