Creating a new skin..
I am wondering if there are any tutorials on this? I know how to program it but have no idea how to generate the XML file.

Your best off going to vBulletinTEmpaltes for this type of info, and vBulletin Generates the XML file not you

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Download / Upload Styles -> Select your Style from the Drop-Down menu -> Download |

Hello,
Go here: Vbulletin styles There are a few down-loadable styles there. Since they are zipped,you can use the individual images as the templates to create you own. I suspect this is what you are seeking. |
