I thought I saw a link to this hack recently and then when i clicked the link it said i didn't have permission, and then it seemed to poof.

I'd like to disallow mods and possibly even admins from physically deleting posts and threads.

It's a template mod, released by Christine. I think she is going to release it in the styles and templates forum at vbulletin.com
