A little while ago nguyenvu27 made a "who downloaded" hack for vB3 but took it down (probably because it had alot of errors in it.)
I finished the hack and I want to repost it, giving him credit of course but he doesn't seem to be around :\

The reason it was taken down was because it was code directly taken from TWTcommish's hack. TWTcommish is still around so I should think he'll want to port his own hacks over
