Hmm you should install catagory spacing for vB3 from over at www.vbulletintemplates.com by Faranth, makes it look better. Also i have been on many many many rap boards, and people like originality. If you dont have that, they wont go on there (Us emcees are picky

) You need to get a proper rap banner made for the top of the forum and move the sponser too the bottom. Then try making the whole board look more Rap'ified

Use some more Slang maybe on the board and try getting some rap like icons, For instance, microphone images for your post/new post icons
